Biosound Biosound CA123 Ultrasound Transducer Probe Replace Crystal
Fault description: The image on the machine is seriously missing and the crystal is broken.
We provide repair service on most common probes (Linear, convex, sector), 3D/4D transducers, and Endocavity/TEE probes.
With 10 years experiences on probe repair, our technical engineer team owns the most advanced probe repair processes, which enables us to fix probes from a basic lens fault to 4D /TEE fault.
Once repaired, all probes will go through an extensive testing process, till reach their optimal condition.

Daily cleaning:
Regular cleaning using the disinfectant of the ultrasound machine, probe, and other peripheral devices is a good practice to apply. The fan cooling system of an ultrasound machine should be functioning well. Overheating causes technical issues. It’s better to keep the machine cool.
Proper use of a machine:
A person who is not very experienced with the probe might handle it poorly. It’s better to let an expert handle the machine to keep it safe. You must be gentle with the handling of cords, buttons, and peripherals.
Probe handling:
A probe is a part that comes in contact with the patients. Try to check if the connector pins are not damaged or bent. Daily monitor the membrane of a probe. Consider regular servicing or at least a quick repair even for minor defect.
